Subscription Terms and Conditions

 Certain products are available for subscription ("Subscription Products"). These Subscription Products are indicated on their respective product pages on the CleanLIFE website. To subscribe to any Subscription Products, you must first register an account with us. Subscriptions for Subscription Products are only permitted for household use or with our prior written consent.

By subscribing to Subscription Products, you will receive the discount specified on the relevant product page. No further discounts or promotions will be applied to subscribed products.

Upon subscribing, Subscription Products will be ordered and delivered according to the delivery frequency you selected at the time of subscription, without requiring any additional action from you. Please note that details and prices of Subscription Products may change over time. Each Subscription Product order will be governed by the current version of these terms. If some or all of the Subscription Products are unavailable at the time of delivery, we may either delay the delivery until the product becomes available, back order or postpone the entire order until all items are in stock. We will notify you of any delays. For free shipping on your subscription, a minimum order value of $80 on subscribed products is required. If the minimum order value is not met regular shipping rates will be applied to the monthly subscription price.

Before dispatching each Subscription Product order, you will receive a Recurring Order Charge Confirmation email with order details and instructions for cancelling or modifying your order if needed. You will also be notified by email once each Subscription Product order has been dispatched.

Your subscription will remain active until you choose to cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Subscription Account (Registration for subscription is optional, but if you choose to register, you can access your account to view orders, manage purchases, and update, pause, or cancel orders without needing to contact our customer service team.). Where you choose to cancel your subscription, you must do this at least 48 hours prior to your next order confirmation date. Where a cancellation request is received after 48hrs prior to your next order confirmation date, we cannot guarantee that your order will not be processed and you will be charged for your order if this occurs. We will endeavour to process cancellations within 48hrs of receipt, however, this is not guaranteed.

The cost of each Subscription Product order (including all delivery fees and taxes) will be charged to the payment method associated with your subscription on the purchase date of subscription (eg order on the 5th of every month). If we are unable to process the payment, we will not attemptto charge the payment again if it fails on the first try*(if paying with AfterPay they may choose to retry the payment, for AfterPay T&Cs please check your account), which may automatically cancel or deactivate your subscription. You can update your payment information within the Subscription Account Portal. If you do not update your payment method within 6 days, your subscription will become inactive. You may contact us at ask@cleanlife.com to reactivate your subscription or do so yourself through the Subscription Account Portal.

 

Bundles Terms and Conditions

This option allows you to customise a multi-product bundle that can then be purchased as a once off or on subscription.

A buy more save more discount* is applied and is as followed:

Buy 4 or more save 5%

Buy 8 or more save 10%

Buy 10 or more save 15%

*Max discount applied 15% and max of 20 individual items can be bundled. Excludes cartons. 

This applies to all individual items available on the CleanLIFE website excluding cartons.

No further discounts or promotions will be applied to the bundles.
